Position Purpose: Help achieve the property's maximum occupancy. Looking for a skilled sales professional with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into deals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• $19/hr plus leasing bonuses. Anticipated yearly earnings between $70,000 to $100,000
• Responsible for the entire leasing process for both prospective residents and renewals
• Follow up on warm leads and schedule tours
• Goal is to help obtain maximum leases for the community to increase occupancy
• Collect deposits and verify leasing applications
• Attend weekly leasing meetings, and provided trainings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Hawaii Real Estate License is a plus. You do not need to hold it prior but it is an expectation to obtain the license once an employment offer is accepted
• Minimum 1-2 years of previous sales experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works well under high metrics
