Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking an upbeat Leasing Agent for Orchard View and Orchard View II in Farmington, MO. The role focuses on guiding prospects from initial contact to tour and lease signing, while delivering our amazing culture.

The ideal candidate is friendly, enjoys talking with people, and is eager to learn. Previous leasing experience is not required as training is provided. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Leads prospects through the leasing process from initial contact to tour and lease/application paperwork.
• Maintains frequent follow-up with prospects via phone, text, e-mail and social media to nurture interest.
• Represents Orchard View and Orchard View II; explains features, income requirements and lease terms to applicants.
• Completes lease applications accurately and coordinates move-in activities with property staff.

The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Previous experience is not required, if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train.

Compensation* $17-18.25
