Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to support two Clinton Township apartment communities. You will travel between sites to engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through leasing processes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage records and provide excellent customer service across two locations in Clinton Township, MI.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or real estate preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in real estate or property management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours, showcase units and amenities, and address inquiries from potential residents.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.

Looking for an experienced leasing professional for two Clinton Township apartment communities. Candidates must be able to travel and work at two different sites as days will be split between the two. Candidates must also have LIHTC and Tax Credit experience.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential residents, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate,

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective residents, providing them with detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Property Tours: Conduct property tours, showcasing apartment units and amenities, and address any inquiries potential residents may have.
• Lease Agreements: Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms, conditions, and rental agreements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
