Two Coast Living in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, tour properties, and guide them through the journey to their new home. You’ll create a welcoming experience from first hello to move‑in day, matching residents with ideal apartment homes and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interactions.
  • Experience in leasing or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
  • Tour apartments with enthusiasm, showcasing features and floorplans.
  • Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
