Job summary

St. John Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent to lease office and industrial buildings to new and existing clients. You will meet with clients to determine space needs and present opportunities to brokers, preparing proposals and leases.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, coordinating design and construction estimates, reviewing vacant spaces, and collaborating with other departments to meet client requirements while promoting renewals and company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Business degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Job Duties:

• Meet with new and existing clients to determine their space needs

Leasing Representatives are sales professionals responsible for ensuring that our buildings are leased and generating the maximum possible revenue for our company. They work directly with our existing clients, potential clients, and real estate brokers to lease all properties in our portfolio. They are the representatives of our company who interact with the public at various levels and must be articulate and professional at all times.
