Job summary

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant in Anderson, SC to turn strong tours into signed leases. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include greeting and touring prospective residents, communicating the community’s value, securing leases, and managing the leasing pipeline. Preferred (not required): property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio) and bilingual Spanish; weekend

Qualifications

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours
