You’ll gain exposure to a dynamic portfolio of luxury properties while working alongside top-tier professionals and engaging with an elite clientele. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow your career in real estate, build lasting industry connections, and enjoy competitive compensation in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

    • Achieve and exceed leasing targets by converting leads into leases across multiple locations.
    • Support on-site teams during peak leasing periods, team transitions, or staff absences.
    • Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Café) and CRM systems (Salesforce) effectively.
    • Maintain cleanliness and staging standards in model units, leasing offices, and tour paths.
    • Follow Fair Housing laws and company leasing policies at all times.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service requests via phone, email.
    • Resolve resident issues with empathy and urgency, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Marketing and Outreach:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
    • Assist with community events, resident engagement, and networking opportunities to enhance the property's visibility and attract potential residents.
    • Ensure that property availabilities are listed on the property website in accordance with site-specific directives.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Accurately process leasing applications, credit checks, and other required documentation.
    • Maintain detailed and organized records of all leasing activities and communications.
    • Input and update data in property management software (eg. Yardi, Rent Café) and CRM systems.
    • Manage lease renewals, notices to vacate, and resident correspondence as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
    • Support property audits, inspections, and compliance tasks as required.
