Pay range: $21/hour + commission

Your Role as a Sales Expert

Your primary goal is to assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment home. Using excellent communication and strategic consultative selling skills, along with your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, and community knowledge, you will create positive and genuine experiences that residents value and seldom find when searching for a home.

Providing caring customer service enhances residents' living experiences at Pegasus communities, leading to higher renewal rates and a sense of personal satisfaction from performing well.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a desire to succeed
  • Working knowledge of Social Media
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Understanding of marketing concepts
