Role Responsibilities
  • Be the “face” of Mark-Taylor—greeting prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct detailed tours for prospective residents.
  • Guide prospects through the application process and follow up on their status.
  • Create positive experiences through various communication channels.
  • Maintain resident files, manage rental payments, and oversee apartment availability and pricing.
  • Ensure a world-class community experience, reflecting Mark-Taylor’s high standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, and resident satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high-level customer care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic English language skills (written and verbal).

Compensation

The starting hourly pay rate is $19.00, with eligibility for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance. The schedule typically includes at least one weekend day.
