Under the direction of the Lease-up Manager, the Lease-up Compliance Specialistis responsible for managing all resident file compliance activities during active lease-up for PBRA-assisted andLIHTC & HOMEregulated properties. This role ensures that applications,certificationsand resident files are processed accurately,submittedtimelyand fully audit-readyin accordance withHUD, PHFA, investor, and internal Trek compliance standards.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven,and experienced withLIHTClease-ups and third-party audits.As Trek continues to expand, we are seeking aLease-up ComplianceSpecialist to support lease-up operations across a growing portfolio.
