Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Support the Lease-up Specialist with marketing activities related to the company and properties managed by Cascade.
  • Manage and coordinate the lease-up project from start to finish.
  • Perform outreach activities throughout Oregon and Washington.
  • Communicate effectively with potential tenants.
  • Schedule and organize potential tenant meetings.
  • Manage communication via phone, email, and fax with applicants and contacts for lease-up purposes.
  • Handle calls and voicemails for up to 4 phone lines.
  • Maintain files and materials for travel and meetings.
  • Maintain data entry and tracking for lease-up operations.
  • Ensure regular and reliable attendance during scheduled hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Physical Demands

High School diploma or GED and experience with email, fax, and customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively through various documents and in group settings.

Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities are required.

Physical demands include frequent use of hands, sitting, occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Vision and focus abilities are also necessary.
