Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes providing data, reports and analysis to leadership to facilitate space planning and lease management.
• Experience with lease status, space redesigns, and reviewing available space/equipment for operational setup.

Responsibilities

• Reviews space, equipment and resources to support service lines in setting up and maintaining operations.
• Analyze agency functions to determine changes to maximize lease benefits; prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for lease projects.
• Read and interpret technical, legal and engineering documents and plans; manage budgets and funding for leases.
