Job Description

Looking for licensed attorneys with experience reviewing real estate leases, preferably in the telecom industry. The work will involve reviewing telecom leases and capturing information into a database. There is also the possibility of some drafting work. This is for a major asset sale in the telecom industry. The work will be done remotely, using your equipment and on your schedule. Pay is $35 - $40 / hr based on experience. Work is expected to be full time for several months. Telecom industry experience is preferred. Overtime, if available, is paid on all hours > 40 / wk. Benefits package available after initial waiting period, if eligibility requirements are met. This is a project, although there is no defined end date. The work is expected to last 4 - 5 months, at a minimum. No telephone inquiries.
