Job summary

Danos in Texas is seeking a Lease Operator to oversee oil and gas well operations, test and troubleshoot equipment, and monitor production data across field sites.

The role requires 1+ year experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid US driver’s license with a clean record; safety and environmental responsibilities are essential. Daily site activities and regulatory paperwork are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Lease Operator experience preferred.
• Experience with separators and gas compressors preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit-for-duty screening.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple wells on a daily basis by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot field equipment.
• Complete mandatory paperwork for customers and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain general housekeeping and field maintenance.
• Respond to alarms and ensure environmental and safety practices.
