Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in related housing, social services or related field.
• Relates well to people, exercises good judgment dealing with owners, employees, residents, visitors & vendors.
• RAD/Sec.8/PBV/TCAC units experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all completed rental applications and leases for accuracy and completeness.
• Processes, completes, and maintains accurate resident files.
• Assist residents to complete and sign papers for recertifications.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with subsidized housing programs

Bilingual in Spanish and/or Chinese
