• Resolve disputed audit claims with landlords or partners as needed.
• Manage weekly and monthly rent generation, control reports, and payment files.
• Budget/forecast store utilities and support accruals/reserves with Financial Reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for real estate portfolio decisions.
• Identify process improvements and AI opportunities to drive efficiencies.
• Share best practices across the department.
