The Lease Administrator will provide ongoing lease administration of real estate lease transaction activities for portfolio of medical office properties. Coordinate field resources and other required documents in the execution of lease renewals, new leases, early lease termination, subleasing, and more. This individual will be coordinating and collaborating with internal and external members consisting of lawyers, paralegals, and office staff. Moreover, able to self-monitor progress according to the scheudle of completion to submit draft requests and documents in a timely manner.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $71,760.00 to $87,900.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
