Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee the financial activity of assigned facilities in Ontario, California. You will supervise the finance team, ensure accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and prepare comprehensive financial statement packets for the Controller and executive team.

Responsibilities include maintaining complete records of all financial transactions, supporting audit needs, and delivering timely financial insights to drive cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• One year of management experience.
• Three or more years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PCs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in business software applications.

Maintains complete and accurate records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 2. One year of management experience
• 3. Three or more years of Accounting/Finance experience4. Working knowledge of windows based personal computers 5. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills6. Proficient in business software applications

Preferred qualifications:

• 1. Two or more years of management experience
• 2. Meditech, Epic and/or Lawson experience
• 3. CPA or Master’s Degree

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $98,800.00 to $123,510.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
