At MinIO, everyone is both a leader and a doer. In this role, your scope as a leader will include revenue model generation, learner experience best practices, learning path development and assessment, badging, and community development. As a doer, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the SaaS based platform to achieve both company and learner success.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and implement strategies for our learning technology suite and specifically the SaaS learning platform
  • Design and deploy a repeatable approach for customer, partner, and internal learning paths
  • Contribute previous knowledge and insight into revenue generating online customer training programs
  • Create and implement a badging program
  • Establish and moderate online learning communities
  • Working with global delivery partners, coordinate dedicated, private training for enterprise customers
Your Skills and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience serving as the strategic owner and operator of a customer facing learning platform
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • An affinity for technology, both within the L&D ecosystem and in general
  • Prior training and applied instructional design experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and the enhancements they contribute to an online learning experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
