Qualifications

• Experience with LMS, educational technology platforms, integrations, and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing and delivering technology-focused training and scalable support resources.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a learning technology resource for faculty, instructional designers, and academic units.
• Identify technology needs and implementation challenges and communicate insights for improvement.
• Develop implementation plans, workflows, and adoption resources for learning technologies.
• Deliver training focused on functionality, implementation, and effective use of ASU-supported learning technologies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent information and support.
