Job summary

The BUSY School, at Cleveland Campus, seeks a dedicated teacher to support classroom delivery and personalised learning. You will help identify students needing targeted support, monitor progress, and build strong, respectful relationships to re-engage learners within secondary education.

You will work collaboratively with families and professionals to sustain student wellbeing and academic outcomes, as part of The BUSY Group.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualification.
• Full or provisional teaching registration with eligibility for full registration in Queensland.
• Ability to work within secondary education curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers in implementing personalised learning practices.
• Identify and monitor students with learning difficulties via standardised testing.
• Re-engage students by building respectful relationships and applying behaviour management.
• Coordinate with staff, families and external supports to ensure student progress.
