Job summary

New Collaborative Learning Trust is seeking a suitably qualified individual to support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and assisting students at KS3 and KS4. The role requires experience with vulnerable learners and the ability to manage a busy day with strong communication and attention to detail.

Salary: Band D of the Support Staff Spine (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE, Actual Salary £22,237 - £22,590) Subject to Support Staff Pay Award

Contract Type: Full Time, Term Time Only (37hpw, 8 - 4 Monday - Thursday and 8 - 3.30 Friday) + 2 INSET Days

Contract Term: Permanent

We are seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual to support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and support individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff to further improve learning, teaching and student outcomes. An understanding or experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with learning or behaviour difficulties is essential. The successful candidates will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and will have excellent communication skills, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
