Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks a learning and development professional to facilitate in-person and virtual training that supports business objectives. You will edit materials, partner with leaders, and deploy course communications while tracking completion in Workday Learning.

Responsibilities include designing learning paths, creating new programs, measuring impact, and supporting rotational and intern programs. Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate existing classes—in-person and virtual—to support business objectives and team goals.
  • Edit and update course deliverables including facilitator and participant materials and job aids.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions to enhance performance.
  • Develop and deploy course communications and track completions in Workday Learning.
