Job summary

Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization headquartered in Mount Laurel Township, NJ, is seeking a Corporate Learning Coordinator to design, deliver, and measure employee development programs across the enterprise.

You will facilitate in-person and virtual classes, update training materials, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps while tracking participation in Workday Learning. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning, developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate existing classes—both in-person and virtual that support business objectives and team goals; conduct follow-up to evaluate learning impact.
  • Edit and update existing course deliverables to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation media, job aides, and on-the-job development accelerators.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions to enhance performance.
  • Develop and deploy course communications, including advertisements, program session invitations, pre and post work messaging and others assigned.
  • Track and monitor completions/course attendance within Workday Learning.
  • Contribute to the organization and curation of existing content into learning paths that align with the needs of disciplines, departments, and employees.
  • Collaborate in the design and development of new training programs and creative learning solutions.
  • Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions and make recommendations for future interventions.
  • Support various talent programs including rotational programs and the intern program.
  • Guide individual contributors to career development resources and tools.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of career services initiatives, in partnership with leadership.
  • Draft communications to inform and engage the business in professional development and performance initiatives.
  • Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What will you do?

Regular Full-Time We offer excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match. Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
