Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an entry-level Learning Specialist to support onsite training across field locations in Houston. You will assist onboarding, role-based and customer experience training, and reinforce learning through coaching to drive consistent performance.

Ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in training or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 50% to support field locations. Competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
