Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a UX Designer to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and branding alignment. You will conduct user research and usability testing, analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics, and collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and LMS admins.

Experience with Figma, XD or Sketch, knowledge of WCAG, and learning technologies (Cornerstone preferred) will help optimize navigation and the

Qualifications

UI/UX design and human-centered design principles.
User research and usability testing.
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Wireframing and prototyping.
Information architecture and interaction design.
Accessibility standards (WCAG).
Data-driven design and analytics interpretation.
Learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred).
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences.
Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.

Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS admins, and stakeholders.
Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.
Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.
