Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences for internal applications and analytics platforms. You will design end-to-end workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with product managers and developers to deliver technically sound solutions.

A strong portfolio and at least five years of relevant experience are required, with proficiency in Figma and a user-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design and user-centered workflow experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for internal applications and analytics platforms.
• Create end-to-end workflows, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Translate business and user needs into thoughtful, user-centered digital design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver technically sound solutions.
• Build and maintain interface designs, reusable components, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Support developer handoff and ensure design intent is carried through implementation.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
