Job summary

Christian Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks an LMS Administrator & Compliance Analyst to support learning operations. You will manage the SABA LMS, assign and track required education and compliance training, maintain accurate learning data, and generate reports.

You will monitor completion metrics, ensure training records are current and compliant, and collaborate with IT and education teams to improve LMS performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in LMS administration and compliance reporting.
• Ability to develop and load learning modules.
• Strong data collection, retrieval, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and supports CPE IT/LMS performance functions; loads nursing learning modules into LMS; coordinates with IT for staff onboarding and tech issue resolution.
• Prepares statistical reports, graphs and control charts for leadership and strategy.
• Monitors and improves IT/LMS processes affecting service delivery; collaborates with IT and SABA to resolve performance issues.
• Plans enhancements to SABA outputs, reports, testing methodologies, and module designs to improve education delivery.
• Tests changes to minimize disruption to unit workflow and service delivery.

Christian Hospital has an opportunity for a LMS Administrator & Compliance Analyst. This role supports learning operations through administration of the SABA Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning and tracking required education and compliance training. Other responsibilities will include maintaining accurate learning data, generating and analyzing reports, monitoring completion metrics, and ensuring training records are current and compliant.

Monday-Friday, onsite position.

Role Purpose

Provides analytical support to department as assigned. Responsible for ensuring CPE IT and Learning Management System (LMS) quality processes, program production and assignment, and IT/LMS performance improvement. Responsible for data collection, retrieval and generation of reports of unit/organizational data for use in outcomes reporting and quality improvement activities. Acts as a resource to Director, Manager and Practice Specialists for IT/LMS related procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports CPE IT/LMS performance functions by designing and loading BJH nursing organizational learning module into the LMS on ongoing basis. Liaison with IT to ensure computer access for new staff onboarding. Liaison for trouble shooting computer and tech issues.
• Prepares statistical reports, graphs and control charts as directed by leadership team and CPE strategic plan.
• Monitors, evaluates and develops improvement plans for performance issues within existing IT/LMS processes that impact CPE service delivery. Responsible for monitoring processes and working with IT and BILD to resolve SABA performance issues.
• Assists in strategic planning to improve CPE LMS and services across the organization. Work includes enhancing SABA to outputs (reports, testing methodologies, module designs) to ensure most effective education delivery processes and methods.
• Test change/PI enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to unit workflow and delivery of services.
