You’ll collaborate with staff, communicate with families on student progress, and extend learning through field experiences, guest speakers, and cross‑studio initiatives while working extended hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience managing mixed aged groups of children.
• Preferred: teaching experience and Montessori/project-based learning knowledge.
• Agile with online learning is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinker with child-centered approach.
• Supportive environment with strong mission to empower students.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of each student’s academic achievement and growth.
• Build a positive studio culture with high standards, warmth, and joy.
• Employ pedagogical best practices aligned to mission, vision, and values.
• Provide structured academic interventions using real-time data.
• Write lesson plans and engaging projects for students.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and SEL metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to foster cross-studio programs and initiatives.
• Motivate and build relationships with students.
• Create enriching learning experiences (guest speakers, field trips).
