Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Specialist in Chandler, AZ to design and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs. You will manage curriculum, exams, and technical training aligned with enterprise needs while improving learning opportunities across the organization.

The role requires up to 25% travel, a four-year degree, and strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. We value energetic, creative, and flexible professionals who can engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization
• Amend and revise programs as necessary for changes in the work environment
• Act as the content expert, maintain training documents and materials
• Develop and create effective induction programs
• Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and involved in e-learning package creation/delivery
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
• Ensure trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct

Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year.

Pay Transparency Statement: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.
