Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to support learning and development for our Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists. The role involves creating curricula, delivering sessions, and monitoring trainee progress across multiple locations in the United States.

You will lead end-to-end training programs, develop induction processes, and continuously improve offerings while ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
  • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
  • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
  • Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Act as content expert and maintain training documents/materials.
  • Develop and create effective induction programs.
  • Monitor trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensure statutory training requirements are met and be involved in e-learning package creation/delivery.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Ensure all trainees adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year.

Pay Transparency Statement: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

Job Description

The Learning Experience Leader will support learning and development of our Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists.

  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques and identify where they are relevant, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
  • Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning;
  • Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
Requirements

Up to 25% travel required Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED required.
