The Sage Group’s client, a well-respected collaboration software company, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the Talent Management Team to support performance enablement and learning and development across multiple internal organizations.
The primary function of Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is to partner with internal subject matter experts to develop learning content of varying modalities including: instructor-led live sessions (workshops or lectures, Q&A sessions, office hours), asynchronous objects (e-learning courses, pages, infographics, podcasts, voice over video and voice over slides or script videos), inclusive of engaging content such as games, quizzes, scenarios, discussions, case studies, tasks and projects. With both new and existing content, the LXD will also manage and design the hubs for the best access and absorption of information.
