  • Monitor product recalls and coordinate communications and follow‑up activities with vendors and franchise owners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FF&E‑related inquiries through Freshservice, responding to and escalating support requests as appropriate.
  • Partner with Franchise Business Consultants and Growth & Transformation team members to resolve FF&E‑related questions and support franchise owner needs.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with FF&E vendors and coordinate communications related to product updates, submittals, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory resources remain current and aligned with operational, accreditation, grant, and state‑specific requirements.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of FF&E information across systems, resources, and communication channels.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning and navigating multiple systems and technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed processes with accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Self‑directed problem solver who takes initiative and drives issues to resolution.
