You will work with Andrew Ng and the founding team to design tasks, explanations, feedback, and assessments; translate pedagogy into AI specifications; prototype with AI tools; observe sessions and iterate.

Qualifications

• Real teaching experience and ability to articulate what works and why.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design and learning-science fundamentals and how to apply them.
• Hands-on builder with modern AI tools and light engineering; ships learner-facing features.
• Demonstrated ability to create interactive, applied learning experiences and evidence over credentials.
• Excellent writing and ability to author high-quality learning content in English.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences grounded in how people acquire skills and integrate them into the product.
• Translate pedagogy into AI system specifications and assessment criteria.
• Set and uphold quality for AI-generated teaching content with automated checks.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools and build working learning experiences.
• Work with learners directly: observe, pilot, and iterate based on observations.
• Collaborate with the founding team, including Andrew Ng, on defining good teaching in the product.
