Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a dedicated AmeriCorps VISTA in Boise to support Learning and Development initiatives. The role focuses on assessing the Training and Development Program, reviewing materials, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with teammates, engage in monthly trainings, and gain valuable program development experience. The position is full-time, based in Boise with occasional travel, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a new 64-bed

Qualifications

• Experience with training or development programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.
• Ability to review processes and identify gaps in programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and review Idaho Youth Ranch Training and Development Program.
• Review training materials and current processes.
• Identify strengths and gaps and propose improvements.
• Link Training goals to Idaho Youth Ranch strategic initiatives.
• Participate in instructional design training to support project goals.
