Learning & Development Specialist, PEx EMEA/CAN

The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist at Novocure is a full time, field based position that plays a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives across Patient Experience (PEx) in EMEA/CAN. Reporting into the L&D Manager EMEA/CAN, this role is responsible for facilitating onboarding programs, delivering refresher training sessions, and ensuring best practice sharing. They will work closely with L&D Manager to ensure high-quality training execution and consistency in processes across the organization.

This is a full time, hybrid position and requires 3 days of physical presence at the office. This role will require approximately 40-50% travel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance and deliver existing onboarding programs, both online and in person, to ensure new employees are effectively integrated and equipped for field readiness.
  • Facilitate refresher training sessions to reinforce knowledge, maintain compliance, and support continuous performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager in planning, organizing, and executing training initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain materials, presentations, and learning resources in collaboration with the L&D Manager.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and participant tracking.
  • Partner with PEx managers and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and support training implementation.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for all training-related activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for learners, addressing questions and supporting their learning journey.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Training or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or facilitation.
  • Fluent English and either Spanish, French or Italian spoken and written is a must; any additional spoken language skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms, as well as Digital Training Tools such as Articulate.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design basics a plus
  • Experience supporting global or cross-functional training programs.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs, including the ability to deliver training at short notice.
  • Enthusiastic with a strong can-do attitude.

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 124.000 PLN to 152.000 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
