Job summary

Techtrueup in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support manufacturing training operations in a fast-paced medical device environment. This onsite role focuses on coordinating onboarding and maintaining training records while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with production leaders to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate employee competency, driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; medical device experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with LMS, Compliance Wire, Agile PLM, SAP, or MES is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Job Description:**
Is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support manufacturing training operations. This role is responsible for coordinating employee training, conducting new hire onboarding, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with production leadership to identify training needs, develop training materials, evaluate employee competency, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Flexible hours based on business needs)
