Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools (Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, Envato)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging in-person, virtual, online, and blended learning programs aligned to business goals and learner needs.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions with interactive experiences.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to high-impact training solutions.
• Design learning experiences that are practical, learner-centered and outcomes-focused.
• Research and incorporate emerging learning technologies and methodologies.
• Partner with SMEs to transform complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Lead design and training efforts for major initiatives, system implementations, and process transformations.
• Develop learning objectives and evaluation strategies demonstrating knowledge transfer and business impact.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging in-person, virtual, online, and blended learning programs aligned to business goals and learner needs

What You'll Have

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and developing learning solutions
• Demonstrated experience creating and delivering online, virtual, and blended learning programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools, including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, and Envato
• Strong visual design, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and technical information into engaging learning experiences

Work Environment

• This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home time
• Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
