Job Description

THE POSITION: The Training and Development Specialist will have a passion for training and development, strive to have a great partnership with all team members, and the tenacity to deliver excellent service. The Training and Development (T&D) team partners with organizational leaders to strategically identify and execute solutions to meet organizational learning needs. You will provide custom learning and development solutions required or requested across the organizations Patient Services business unit and help drive programs and training initiatives that directly impact the daily working lives of EVERSANA employees.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

Travel (10% or number of days)

Hours (40 Hours per week, days of the week)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
