Job summary

OP is seeking a forward-thinking Lead Business & Information Analyst to transform learning ecosystems and drive organizational growth in Orlando. You will design innovative learning solutions, leverage AI and instructional tech, and engage stakeholders to align programs with workforce priorities.

Responsibilities include analyzing needs, designing multi-format experiences, and leading high-visibility learning events while measuring ROI and impact.

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events.
  • Experience presenting to a broad range of levels from early career talent to executive leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Bachelor's Degree, education, or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify current and future learning needs through stakeholder consultation, workforce analysis, benchmarking, and industry research.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and curate learning experiences across multiple formats and platforms, including ILT, hands-on learning, digital content, and LMS (e.g., D Learn).
  • Leverage AI and instructional technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem, including workflow automation, learner feedback analysis, skill-gap identification, content summarization, personalization, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to align learning solutions with workforce priorities, evaluate build/buy strategies, manage vendor relationships, support RFP processes, and ensure service quality.
  • Develop and execute internal communications and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs while aligning with branding and strategic objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of high-visibility learning events, coordinating vendors, speakers, production partners, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and event operations.
  • Provide consultative recommendations on learning strategies, connect resources across platforms and providers, and create cohesive learner journeys for capability development.
  • Monitor learner engagement, operational performance, and ROI metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Bachelor s Degree, education, or relevant field preferred.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia or Articulate.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in technology with experience in internal XXX services capacity preferred.
  • Experience with agile/scrum approaches to product development and delivery.

  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
