Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union's Learning & Development Spring 2027 Internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, project planning, and employee development. You'll contribute to projects that support leadership growth, strengthen the intern experience, and bring engaging learning opportunities to life.

This on-site internship at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY requires about 120 hours across Spring 2027 (January–May).

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle information thoughtfully and maintain appropriate confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Analyze and organize leadership development data to support planning and decision-making.
Help plan and coordinate iGrow Week programming, including Lunch & Learn sessions.
Coordinate an intern employee resource group and help create opportunities for interns to connect.
Organize KXP pages and learning resources so information is easy to find and use.
Support intern meet-and-greets and other engagement activities.
Assist with Learning & Development projects, communications, and event coordination.
Participate in cross-functional opportunities by supporting projects from other teams when additional help is needed.
