Learning & Development Content Creator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Learning and Development Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to gather knowledge and transform it into engaging content for our Learning Management System (LMS). This content will include written articles, instructional videos, and other multimedia materials.

How You’ll Contribute To Our Mission

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts in various roles to gather key knowledge and insights.
2. Create and format content, such as articles and videos, for our LMS.
3. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.
4. Update and refine content based on feedback and new information.
5. Work with the Learning and Development team to align content with training objectives.

Job Requirements

Your Background/Expertise/Abilities

1. Strong writing and communication skills, with an emphasis on technical, educational, and conversational writing.
2. Good storytelling ability to create compelling and informative content.
3. Ability to research, understand and summarize complex information.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to conceptualize scripts and convert them to storyboards and then to video.
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation skills, including creating great slides and converting written ideas into visuals.
7. Video production skills and experience using Adobe Suite (specifically, AfterEffects, Premiere and Audition).
8. Able to work within specified guidelines with minimal supervision.

A Big Plus If You Have

1. Experience using AI tools, as this is the future direction of Learning and Development.
2. Experience in training, coaching, student mentoring, or other learning and development activities.
3. Experience using screen capture software such as Camtasia to produce tutorials.
