Job description:
About the Role
The Learning Designer will be responsible for supporting an Animal Health (AH) IT integration project and the manufacturing business in creating, designing, and delivering training resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings to support training on new AH IT systems introduced by Project Tetris.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex system processes into clear, engaging training content.
• Manage multiple training deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Consult with stakeholders to align training content with learner and business needs.
• Apply instructional design best practices to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Required Competencies:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs, supporting Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT.
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and e-learnings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Project management skills to handle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information for diverse learner audiences.
• Self-starter with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead training projects.
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree(BA/BS).
