We are seeking an exceptional learning and development leader to help build the future of learning in Virtual First - which includes innovative and impactful leadership programs that drive behavior change and business outcomes, engaging onboarding that helps our Droplets integrate faster to Dropbox, and best-in-class digital and AI-enabled learning to support employees to learn in the flow of work.
This role is part of the Learning and Organization Development team, reporting to the VP of L&OD for Dropbox. It is a high-visibility role that will influence overall learning strategy and program design. You will partner with HRBP teams, the Office of the CEO, Communications, and Virtual First teams to deliver enterprise-wide learning programs. You will manage the Learning Design team and collaborate with two Learning Business Partners to develop tailored programs for leadership and team effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner and people manager with a proven track record of designing innovative learning programs that drive behavior change. Expertise in leadership development, manager effectiveness, and digital learning/AI is essential. You should be energized by cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and facilitating engaging learning experiences. You must demonstrate agility and the ability to deliver high-quality work at speed and scale.
