Job Summary:

The Training Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of Alorica Egypt's training initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality standards of training programs.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to identify and address any issues.
  • Implement corrective actions to improve training effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development management, in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills..
  • Fluency in English
