What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide producer support before, during, and after virtual and hybrid training sessions, assisting with technical issues and utilizing various tools to enhance learning
- Administer instructors-led training in the Learning Management System, managing communication, enrollment, and reporting
- Collect and maintain data, preparing basic reports for senior and executive management
- Manage course configurations, user permissions, and communication within the Learning Management System
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop courses aligned with company objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in Program & Training Coordination and Delivery
- At least 2 years of experience with a Learning Management System
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint and Teams required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional organizational abilities
