Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
• AI experience or coursework (applied AI, ML, NLP, or workplace analytics).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Intermediate Excel; familiarity with BI tools or survey/statistical tools is a plus.
• Experience drafting communications for employee audiences (newsletters, emails, intranet, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages for employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic projects to enhance distributed work, culture, and employee experience.
• Prepare presentations and insights for senior leaders to inform decisions on workplace design and culture.
• Draft and organize internal communications about People Team programs, culture initiatives, and future‑of‑work priorities.
• Support message calendars, audience maps, stakeholder updates, FAQs, and cascade materials for managers.
• Translate survey findings and leadership priorities into clear, concise communications across channels.
• Contribute to process improvements to strengthen collaboration and employee experience.
• Partner with People, IT, and Facilities to analyze workplace utilization and engagement data.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights.
• Support dashboards, surveys, and reports measuring workplace effectiveness and culture outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on office usage and hybrid/remote work patterns.
