The Learning Creator is a strong, creative, forward-thinking candidate with exceptional execution skills to continue the growth of our client’s L&D Organization. As a Learning & Development Creator, you will join a dedicated team leading in creating best-in-class learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging learning solutions across various modalities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring technical functionality and compliance.

• Creating, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, learner-centric materials including modules, courses, workshops, assessments, and multimedia content. Scripts for audio/video may also be required.
• Collaborating with Learning Architects and stakeholders to understand objectives, design, and deployment requirements to produce effective learning solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Using authoring tools like Articulate 360, MS PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign & Illustrator, Camtasia, Vyond, etc., to create diverse learning modalities.
• Applying instructional design, graphic design, and user experience principles to optimize learning outcomes.
• Testing and troubleshooting e-learning modules across devices and platforms.
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance learning strategies.
• Supporting the approval process by incorporating feedback from Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams, and ensuring content compliance.
• Managing the end-to-end process for content creation, quality assurance, and uploading to learning systems.

Requirements:

Along with demonstrated initiative, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in Learning or Instructional Technology preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning development within a corporate or organizational setting.
• Excellent writing skills to produce clear, concise, engaging content for various modalities and audiences.
• Experience with authoring software such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or Adobe Captivate, and other tech platforms for multimedia content creation.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Life sciences/pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred.
• High learning agility and attention to detail.
• Start-up or entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operationalize and scale processes.
• Open to remote work with approximately 10% domestic travel.

The hourly rate is approximately $50, subject to qualifications and experience.
