Think Academy US, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, is seeking a Learning Consultant to engage with parents via Facebook and WhatsApp to provide high-quality consultation and guide them towards booking a free academic evaluation. The role involves communicating with parents through WhatsApp and Messenger, responding promptly to inbound leads, assessing intent level, qualifying users for follow-up, re-engaging inactive users, collecting user feedback, monitoring conversation quality and lead performance, and collaborating with marketing and conversion teams to improve the lead journey. The position requires strong communication and logical reasoning skills, fluency in English, and preferably proficiency in Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu. Prior experience in education, online customer service, or course sales is advantageous. The job is full-time hourly (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts and weekend availability required.
