Purdue University is seeking a Program Coordinator for Residential Academic Initiatives (RAI) within University Residences. The role provides administrative and programmatic support for Learning Communities and collaborates with the Senior Manager of Learning Communities and the Director of RAI on policy development and implementation.
You will administer programs to meet RAI objectives, develop new initiatives, assess programming, and implement processes.
Residential Academic Initiatives (RAI) is a unit within University Residences. The Program Coordinator serves under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Learning Communities and works closely with the Director of Residential Academic Initiatives in providing administrative and programmatic support for Learning Communities. Responsible for administering programs to meet RAI objectives. In collaboration with leadership this position will participate in the development and implementation of program policies, processes, and procedures. The Program Coordinator will implement and maintain processes and solutions to assess RAI programming and will collaborate to implement new program initiatives. Responsible for facilitating communications and fostering relationships with internal and external constituents.
